By accessing and using "The Card Company" (TCC) app , you accept and agree to the terms, conditions, and rules without limitation and/or qualification.
We reserve the right to modify the terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of TCC app following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as modified. Any additional terms and conditions, disclaimers, privacy policies, and other policies applicable in general and/or to specific areas of this platform or to a particular service are also considered as terms.
General Terms
TCC acts only as a payment facilitator, enabling users to make payments to merchants, vendors, and service providers. At no point does TCC take ownership of any products or services provided by merchants/vendors. TCC does not assert any rights or claims over the products/services offered by merchants to USERS.
The cancellation/refund of any transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions of the respective merchant/vendor. TCC has no role in determining or governing cancellation or refund charges and will not be responsible for any associated fees.

Payment Errors and Unauthorized Transactions & Fund Transfers
- If you erroneously make a payment to an incorrect party or send an incorrect amount, TCC shall not be liable for the error. Your only recourse will be to contact the recipient and seek a refund (if applicable).
- TCC will not refund or reverse any payment mistakenly made by you.
- TCC shall not be responsible for any unauthorized transactions where your login credentials or payment details have been compromised.
- Aforesaid is applicable for all transactions on TCC, across all instruments and use cases.
Prepaid Recharge & Bill Payments
- All prepaid recharges and bill payment transactions on TCC are final, with no cancellation permitted.
- You are responsible for providing the correct details for recharges and bill payments.
- TCC shall not be responsible for any incorrect details provided by you, and no refunds shall be processed for errors arising from incorrect information provided while making aforesaid payments.
Merchant Transactions
- The terms and conditions of the merchant/vendor shall govern any cancellations and refunds. YOU are required to review the merchant’s refund policy before making a purchase.
- TCC shall not be responsible for refund requests in case of dissatisfaction with the product or service provided by the merchant.
- For further clarification, YOU must contact the respective merchant/vendor directly.
Dispute Resolution
- In case of any dispute regarding a merchant transaction, you must raise a complaint with the merchant/vendor.
Refund Processing
- Any refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the original payment source or the your TCC Wallet account.
- The timeline for refund processing is subject to the policies of the respective merchant/vendor or the payment gateway.
- If a refund is issued for a transaction where reward was earned, the reward amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
Service Interruptions & Errors
- TCC shall not be liable for any errors, oversights, or delays in transaction processing due to system failures, network issues, government actions, or force majeure events.
- Users acknowledge that TCC services are subject to technical limitations and may be unavailable from time to time.
Third-Party Links & Services
- Any external links to third-party websites or services on the TCC platform do not constitute endorsements.
- Users accessing such third-party links shall be subject to their respective terms and conditions.
