Cancellation & Refund Policy

TCC acts only as a payment facilitator, enabling users to make payments to merchants, vendors, and service providers. At no point does TCC take ownership of any products or services provided by merchants/vendors. TCC does not assert any rights or claims over the products/services offered by merchants to USERS.

The cancellation/refund of any transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions of the respective merchant/vendor. TCC has no role in determining or governing cancellation or refund charges and will not be responsible for any associated fees.

Users are solely responsible for any errors made during a payment transaction. TCC will not reverse a transfer initiated due to user error. Users must contact the recipient directly to arrange a refund for such transactions.

TCC shall not be held liable for unauthorized transactions arising from compromised user credentials, including passwords or OTPs, due to negligence or failure to maintain the security of login details.

All prepaid recharges and bill payment transactions initiated on TCC are final and non-refundable once processed. Users are required to provide accurate and complete information when initiating a transaction.

TCC accepts no liability for failed, incorrect, or duplicate transactions arising from inaccurate information provided by the user. In case of a confirmed technical error on TCC's part, refunds will be processed as per applicable timelines.

Customers are advised to review the return, cancellation, and refund policies of individual merchants independently before completing a purchase through TCC.

TCC shall not be responsible for refund requests arising from dissatisfaction with a product or service provided by a merchant. Any disputes regarding quality, delivery, or non-receipt of goods/services must be raised directly with the merchant.

Any complaint regarding a transaction must first be directed to the relevant merchant or service provider. TCC will facilitate communication where required but is not a party to the merchant-consumer relationship.

If the issue remains unresolved after engaging with the merchant, users may escalate the matter to TCC by writing to care@thecardcompany.in with full transaction details and any prior correspondence.

Where a refund is deemed applicable under these terms or applicable law, TCC will process the refund within 3–5 working days from the date of approval to the original payment source used for the transaction.

Refund timelines may vary in cases involving third-party banks, payment networks, or regulatory requirements. TCC will communicate any delays and provide updates as applicable.

TCC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from service interruptions, system downtime, network failures, or technical errors that are beyond TCC's reasonable control.

In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect debit, TCC will investigate and, upon confirmation, reverse the transaction within applicable timelines.

The TCC platform may include links to third-party websites, services, or applications. TCC does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service.

Users access third-party services at their own risk and are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of such services before use.
